After three decades leading strategy, operations, and transformation across mid-market companies and global scale-ups, I founded CREO to offer the kind of advisory I always wished I'd had — direct, commercially grounded, and genuinely invested in outcomes.
I've sat in the Program Director, CEO chair, the COO chair, and the boardroom. I've navigated acquisitions, restructures, rapid growth, and the quiet crises of downsizing and project reboots that never make the press release. That experience is what I bring to every engagement.
